Today, we add value to our customers' entire supply chain by transporting, storing, packaging, re-packaging, processing and clearing all types of goods.Main Purpose of The Role:A DSV Road Key Account Manager is responsible for the overall management of specific accounts allocated to the individual. This means having a good understanding of, and influence, on all functions of the account including: Operations, Human Resources, IT and Finance, taking complete ownership for any variances in organizational performance, while continuously mining new opportunities within the current customer base.Minimum Requirements:• 5 Years sales experience of which at least 3 must be in logistics or solution selling.• Own Vehicle, driver's license, ability to work overtime and travel nationally.Qualifications:• Matric (Essential).• Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous.Duties and Responsibilities:• Respond to and manage incoming communication from business and customers.• Conduct Operational, Tactical and Strategic meetings with each customer on regular intervals.• Produce SLA reports and drive change required.• Ensure contractual compliance and corporate governance with each customer.• Manage and maintain customer debtors.• Keep accurate and up to date records of all customer engagements.• Identify new opportunities within current customer base.• Identify new customers within current DSV Road service spectrum.Additional Job Information:• A DSV Road Key Account Manager is 100% self-motivated and does not measure professional performance on completing working hours or the defined range of responsibilities.
