Junior Sous ChefSalary: R18 000 MonthlyLocation: MidrandDescription:Minimum Qualifications:Grade 12/ EquivalentCulinary Diploma/ ARPL/ Trade Test from a reputable institutionComputer literacy is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office.Experience:Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a CDP role.Sous Chef experience of more than one year is advantageous.Applicant must be able to run a busy hot pass and be an all-rounder who knows all kitchen sections.Knowledge of stock takes and food costing is advantageous.Working knowledge of various computer software programmes.Salary and Benefits:R18 000 Basic Per MonthMedical Aid and PensionAll statutory allowances
