We're looking for a driven individual to help us shine even brighter.About the RoleContent Creation: Craft engaging and on-brand content for our social media channels.Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a content calendar for consistent posting.Social Media Strategy: Develop strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor metrics, analyze data, and report on social media performance.Influencer & Collaboration Management: Help manage brand partnerships and collaborations.Campaign Planning: Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.Email Marketing: Write and design newsletters and blogs; strategize to grow our customer list.SEO Support: Assist the Marketing Manager with SEO tasks.Online Marketplace Management: Handle listings, promotions, and ads on various platforms.Work Schedule: Hybrid: 1-2 days remote, 3-4 days in-office.RequirementsTertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or relevant (diploma or degree).1-3 years of experience in social media management for brands.Proficiency in social media analytics and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word; Canva experience is a plus.Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and web analytics tools.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and online marketplace management is advantageous.BenefitsCompetitive salary: R12K-R15KPotential travel opportunitiesBirthdays offPerformance-based bonuses
