Junior Site Agent/Engineer – Construction Industry

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Site Agent/Engineer to join our client's team in the construction industry. As a Junior Site Agent/Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and management of construction projects. You will work closely with senior site agents, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, coordination, and management of construction projectsAssist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and progress reportsMonitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnelAssist in the management of project resources, including labor, materials, and equipmentConduct regular inspections and quality control checksAssist in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during constructionPrepare and maintain accurate documentation and recordsKeep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldPrevious experience in the construction industry is preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in MS Office and project management softwareWillingness to learn and take on new responsibilitiesValid driver's licenseBenefits:Salary: negotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
