Junior Sales Representative (JB4594) Cape Town, Western Cape R12 500 per month CTC Permanent A leading provider of automated cash management and payment solutions within the retail community is looking for an experienced junior sales representative to join their team.
Your role would be to support the sales team by generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales.
his entry-level position is designed to help individuals gain experience in sales techniques and customer engagement, serving as a stepping stone to more advanced sales roles.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Minimum Requirements: Matric Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools Three+ years in customer relationship and account management Proven experience in cold calling/sales Duties: Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their cash management needs and present tailored solutions.
Sales Support: Assisting Business Development Consultants with telesales and appointment management.
Conduct outbound tele-sales to proactively reach out to potential retail business clients.
Manage and analyse sales pipelines to accelerate the sales cycle.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software and other sales tools.
Focus on securing meetings (confirmed with the decision makers) where the business is currently in the market for a cash management solution.

Strive to understand your prospect's business requirements to effectively provide the correct Solution and negotiate past objections across our full product offerings.
Sell our end-to-end solution and the benefits thereof.
Bring in new business in line with the weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and annual targets agreed.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
Manage lead databases and CRM systems to track lead interactions and progress throughout the sales pipeline.
