Junior Sales Representative (Cape Town, Western Cape)

About Us: Carmién Rooibos Tea is a rooibos export and marketing company, known for a wide and innovative range of value-added rooibos products, directly linked to our farms and the people working the fields and managing the quality of product we are producing. We are currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.
Job Description: As a Sales Representative of Carmién Rooibos Tea, you will be responsible for interacting with new and existing customers to grow product presence in direct outlets (shops, deli's, hotels, restaurants, spa's etc). The ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills and a vibrant personality.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain sales at existing sales outlets and actively gain new sales opportunities and outlets (within the greater Cape Town area)Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relationshipsAssisting with and hosting eventsRegular feedback on existing client base and new client pipelineDevelopment and updating of travel routes based on demand and requirementSupporting the wider sales team in occasional retail store visitsKnowledge/Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutgoing and not afraid to "put yourself out there"Able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve and address complaintsWell-organisedAbility to work independentlyRequirements Driver's license & own reliable vehicle (will be on traveling 3+ days a week)Ability to work remotely – access to reliable internet and workspaceWhat We Offer: Basic salary10% Commission on salesPetrol allowance (R4.84/km, max 1000 km/month)Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to contribute to a dynamic and sustainable farming enterprise." * " indicates required fields
