Job Summary: The Junior Sales Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Present and sell recruitment services to prospective clients
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Qualifications And Skills:

Age 24-32
Matric
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
Background in recruiting or HR is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Compensation:

Basic salary with a competitive commission structure
Work only 1 Sat. per month
