Junior Sales Administrator

Manufacturing company requires a Junior Sales Administrator with 1-2 years' experience.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales staff.Send out bulk emails daily.Updating and maintaining electronic personalized catalogues.Dealing with email enquiries pertaining to marketing tools.Bulk data entry for the sales team (sales figures; outstanding orders; quote prospects to follow up on).Record and send out daily statistics to the Sales and Layout team.Conduct product/client research and create databases of possible new clients.Requirements:Must be fluent in Microsoft Office and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.Matric qualification.Must be able to work under pressure.Ability to multitask and work on multiple streams of work.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Must be well spoken and presentable.
