We are looking for a Junior Sales Admin for the Midrand area.
Purpose: Help manager to manage Sales Program and processing claims, as well as monitoring the usage of Sales deduction Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Help manager to manage Sales promotion to ensure all processes are under control.
Communicate with different teams to manage processes as per the HQ instruction and policy Register and make payment for the Sales Program of the designated customers.
Validation of claims, ensuring all supporting documents are aligned with HQ policy.
Document management Outstanding claims reconciliation with customer Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer queries.
