Junior Project Engineer

Job description:Notify builders and relevant parties of any program delaysActively manage the program to protect against penalties, informing parties of any delaysReport urgent site issues to TOAC DirectorsManage the claim process, including verifying certificates and addressing claim queriesOversee the technical design and implementation of various HVAC projectsManage technical aspects of large industrial HVAC applicationsHandle estimation and cost control, including project tendering and costing assistanceEnsure all projects meet deadlinesSupervise technical staff and contractorsProvide project reports to management as neededManage projects including site liaising, meetings, and programmingPrepare technical submittals for project approval processesMaintain and record change management logs and variation orders, ensuring costing for all site variationsSkills & Experience: Valid driver's licenseNo prior work experience is necessary, though having experience in engineering design and construction management will be beneficial.
