Junior Primary School Teacher

Junior Primary Teacher from January 2025
Auburn House Montessori School in Kenilworth, Cape Town, requires a Junior Primary, 6-9 years Teacher from January 2025.
The successful candidate will understand child development; have a love for teaching, be vibrant and energetic; have a sense of humour coupled with resilience and adaptability; be responsible, reliable, proactive and be able to work as part of a team.
Requirements:
An appropriate Montessori qualification, and an understanding of the Montessori Philosophy.BEd OR a suitable Degree and a PGCE qualification.Strong in English and Maths.Experience in teaching for a minimum of 5 years across the curriculum.Have a valid First Aid and Police Clearance certificate.Please be aware that your application may not have been successful if, two weeks after the closing date, you have yet to hear back from us.
