Junior Payroll And Human Resource Administrator

Daleburne Consulting is looking for a Junior Payroll & Human Resource Administrator to join our Outsourced Payroll and HR Company based in Edenvale.
The successful applicant will join our growing team of professional and focused staff.
  Daleburne Consulting has been around for over 23 years and assist and service many long standing clients, ranging from small businesses to corporate customers.
Daily task may include but not be limited to: Checking the number of hours employees have worked Calculating wages and salaries Issuing employee payslips Collaborating with the clients to maintain employee data Calculating pay raises, shift payments and overtime compensation Issuing tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete them Deducting tax and insurance payments Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters Changing employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately Leave recording and management General office filing and administration Requirements Candidates must have Matric Past work experience in the HR, Payroll or finance field is advantageous Ability to multitask and follow up on ongoing queries Organised, task focused and able to work to tight deadlines Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills are critical while working at a fast pace Able to work alone on allocated tasks as well as team projects Excellent communication skills in the English language (both written and verbal) Employee may need to assist with writing contracts, policies & employee letters Some tertiary education or experience with finance/accounting advantageous but not mandatory Computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of SAGE Payrolls and or Efiling / Ufiling will be beneficial School leavers with the suitable subjects will be considered Driver's license & own car Please note that if you do not receive any feedback from us, within a week, you should consider your application as having been unsuccessful.
