Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.Discover the roleThe Junior Payroll Administrator will support the payroll teams in the provision of a high-quality client service, producing service deliverables for a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include the preparation of data, assisting in payroll client administration, and acting as the day-to-day client contact for the provision of those services to meet stakeholders' and client expectations.Key Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:Responsible for inputting accurate information into the payroll systemSupport clients with service delivery mattersPreparing client work in accordance with terms agreed uponCreating and maintaining relevant recordsEscalating issues to senior team members as necessaryProviding support to senior team members as requiredResponding to stakeholders in a timely manner with accurate informationAttending client meetings as necessaryEnsuring all deadlines are metLiaising with Tax Authorities (SARS)Preparing and submitting approved returns, submissions, accounts, and reportsAssisting with the EMP501 reconciliationAdvising clients about local legislation when necessarySupporting in the preparation of reportsIdentifying errors, reporting them, and raising concerns with the relevant managerAssisting in the preparation of documentation for audits.About YouThe ideal incumbent should have payroll administration experience, be able to effectively manage stakeholders, and be a team player.
