The Junior Internal Operations is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of two primary functions within their role whilst supporting the Internal Operations Manager.
The first is that of field activations across South Africa.
This role involves planning managing and driving activation activities with the Internal Operations Manager to meet set revenue targets ensuring all activations are staffed equipped and executed to the highest standard.
The coordinator will also act as the primary point of contact for agents and clients ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of.
The second is assisting with onboarding administration relative to agent onboarding throughout the business ensuring all agents are added to groups attend training and move toward. Key Responsibilities: Planning and management: Plan control and manage infield activations to achieve set targets. Oversee activations feedback ensuring each event runs smoothly. Assist with the allocation of agents to all scheduled activations by the 20th of each month for the succeeding month. Team coordination: Ensure activations are correctly staffed and equipped. Ensure agents fulfil their duties including sending pictures of activation setup within 15 minutes of commencing sending pin locations at the start and end of the activation and completing shift information uploads postactivation. Communication: Act as the direct point of contact for agents conducting activations. Respond promptly to agent queries and client communication. Notify all relevant parties of any deviations from the set calendar on time. Resource management: Assist with the management and the issuance and recovery of sales collateral and equipment. Submission of recruitment requirements. Onboarding Administration: Assist with transitioning agents across various views within Zoho Recruit attending to any issues that arise.
Assist with managing whatsapp groups email channels agents access and escalating any necessary access issues to relevant parties internally within the business to resolve access issues effectively.
Requirements
Key skills and abilities: Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong technical skills are a major plus Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the activations or events industry. Experience in managing field teams and activations. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for planning and reporting. Valid driver s licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.
Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.
Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favorable impression of the company.
Qualifications and Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes Sales or customer service experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Reporting Structure: The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
