The Junior Internal Operations is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of two primary functions within their role, whilst supporting the Internal Operations Manager. The first is that of field activations across South Africa. This role involves planning, managing, and driving activation activities with the Internal Operations Manager to meet set revenue targets, ensuring all activations are staffed, equipped, and executed to the highest standard. The coordinator will also act as the primary point of contact for agents and clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of queries. The second is assisting with onboarding administration relative to agent onboarding throughout the business, ensuring all agents are added to groups, attend training and progress accordingly.Key Responsibilities:Planning and management:Plan, control, and manage infield activations to achieve set targets.Oversee activations feedback, ensuring each event runs smoothly.Assist with the allocation of agents to all scheduled activations by the 20th of each month for the succeeding month.Team coordination:Ensure activations are correctly staffed and equipped.Ensure agents fulfil their duties, including sending pictures of activation set-up within 15 minutes of commencing, sending pin locations at the start and end of the activation, and completing shift information uploads post-activation.Communication:Act as the direct point of contact for agents conducting activations.Respond promptly to agent queries and client communication.Notify all relevant parties of any deviations from the set calendar on time.Resource management:Assist with the management and the issuance and recovery of sales collateral and equipment.Submission of recruitment requirements.Onboarding Administration:Assist with transitioning agents across various views within Zoho Recruit, attending to any issues that arise.Assist with managing WhatsApp groups, email channels, agents' access, and escalating any necessary access issues to relevant parties internally within the business to resolve access issues effectively.Requirements:Key skills and abilities:Strong organisational and planning skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong technical skills are a major plus.Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar role within the activations or events industry.Experience in managing field teams and activations.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for planning and reporting.Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.Own Car essential.UPS / Loadshedding mitigation essential.Benefits:Benefits include:Fast-paced working environment.Fully remote - work from home.Supportive work environment with a high performing team.Opportunity for rapid progression and promotion based on performance.
