Full training will be provided on the services they offer.This position entails cold-calling and relevant experience of at least 2 years is required.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRequirements:Matric, relevant tertiary qualifications advantageousFully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (speak, read, write)Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with an excellent telephonic mannerComputer literate, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Minimum of one year experience in telemarketing or salesTime management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressureResults-driven and customer-focusedKnowledge of social mediaExcellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and active listeningPersuasion skillsAbility to learn product and service knowledgeProfessional and a team-playerAble to work independentlyDuties:Attended all inbound and outbound calls and sufficiently address enquiries and questionsEnsure that events are filled and follow up timely with clientsEnsure to meet daily and monthly targets. These targets are subject to change from time to timeBooking management:Schedule and manage bookingsDraft and send appropriate paperwork to the clientEnsure that interaction is based on the principles specified in our policiesDatabase management and Customer care:Ensure that the database is managed, updated, and maintainedAttend to client queries, problems, and/or questions efficientlySalary is negotiable dependent on experience.
