Job Description:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Support senior millwrights in disassembling and reassembling machinery.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members on project tasks and problem-solving.
Learn to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in millwrighting or related field preferred.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license may be required.
