As a Junior IT member, you will provide essential technical support, assist with the installation and maintenance of IT systems, and contribute to various IT projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those with some experience looking to jumpstart their career in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
Participate in IT projects and collaborate with senior team members.
Document technical procedures and create user manuals as needed.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments.
Requirements Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
Linux experience.
Additional software: Windows, Networking, Azure, etc.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field.
Previous internship or certification in IT is a plus but not mandatory.
