Junior Hr Officer

Our Client is Looking for a Junior HR Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities: Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Assist Management with policy formulation, hiring, and wages administration.
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews.
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Assist with implementing the company's disciplinary policy.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries.
Key Skills: Prior experience in a similar position.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR regulations, including knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration (CCMA).
Qualifications: High school Grade 12 or equivalent.
