Junior HR/Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly competent Junior HR/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing HR data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee records.
Accurately and diligently maintain HR reporting dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators.
Assist in the analysis of work performance for identifying and addressing poor performers, including support for performance counseling processes.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to perform data manipulation, create complex formulas, and develop detailed reports.
Update and distribute achieved incentives to employees with utmost accuracy and diligence.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Support the HR team in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging HR analytics trends.
Qualifications:
Diploma in human resources, Business Analytics, or a related field is beneficial.
2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling presentations.
Exceptional communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
