Business Analyst

Job Description Gather and document business requirements for the ERP system.
Analyze and map current business processes to ERP functionalities.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system meets business needs.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business process mapping tools.

Requirements Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) • 3-5 years' experience administering an ERP system.
• Experience with ERP Systems advantageous • Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous.
• Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know): • Computer Literate • Excel • ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) • Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof.
