This involves a mixture of working in pre-existing templates as well as free design and setting up new templates. Design output will vary from companys annual report, flyers, brochures, stationery, invitations, graphics, economic reports, photos and direct mail. All design work needs to be in accordance with the marketing style guide to ensure brand integrity and high output quality is maintained. Improve existing design outputs. Meet with the Senior Graphic Designer to determine the scope of a project. Create images that identify a service/product. Develop graphics for illustrations, logos, and websites. DIGITAL/WEBSITE Content Updates: Create, edit, and format blog posts, articles, and pages. Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO (e.g., using keywords, meta descriptions). Maintain and update media galleries (e.g., images, videos). Website Maintenance: Troubleshoot and fix minor technical issues (broken links, formatting problems, etc.). Design and Layout Adjustments: Customize page layouts using the WordPress editor Edit themes and templates as needed to ensure a cohesive look and feel. Plugin Management: Install, configure, and update WordPress plugins to add new features or enhance functionality. Test plugins for compatibility with the website and other plugins. Collaboration and Communication: Work with the marketing, content, and design teams to align web content with business goals. Collaborate on new website features or campaigns and offer input on potential improvements. COMMUNICATIONS Responsible for weekly and monthly template lay-outs. Responsible for Everlytic lay-outs and sending. Uploading documents onto website/SharePoint.
