Junior F&B Duty Manager - Late Shift

A well-established and popular golf estate is seeking a Junior F&B Duty Manager to cover late shifts.
Responsibilities:
Manage the general operations during the shift
Extensive interaction with members and guests, ensuring their expectations are met
Attend to any complaints, queries, or requests in a professional, timeously manager
Ensure the Food and Beverage outlets are set up, clean, and ready for service including any functions happening on the shift
Assist with stock orders, control, and stock takes also following up on variances
Assists with end-of-shift cash-ups
Requirements:
SA Citizen
Grade 12 and/or Matric equivalent
Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role in a restaurant, hotel or golf estate
Knowledge of inventory control
Friendly with an outgoing personality
Guest focussed with a passion for delivering great service
Good leadership skills
Team player
Reliable and trustworthy
Own, reliable transport
Willing to work over weekends and public holidays
