DUR002236 – JUNIOR ESTIMATOR - DURBAN NORTH Purpose of the Job: To provide estimated costs of products to Client Partners, under supervision.
Required Qualifications Grade 12 Relevant Tertiary qualification advantageous Strong knowledge of ERP systems   At least 2 – 3 years' experience in a similar role Technical Competencies & Experience: Production costing knowledge: the ability to read engineering drawings, Understand of Bill of Materials (BOM) Apply the best (LEAN) manufacturing processes and materials to ensure a cost competitive solution Supply chain management, good understanding of material & process suppliers & offerings provided Networking and collaboration: Continued relationship building with new and/or existing clients and suppliers Application of collaborative-negotiation Cost Analysis Behavioural Competencies: Good communication skills – verbal & written.
