Junior Estimator

If you're looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, assist with tender submissions, and package RFQs (Request of Quotations).Compile comprehensive BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and measure and draw-up BOQs from drawings.Attend site clarification meetings for tenders and provide feedback to Senior Management.Follow up on RFQs sent out to Sub-Contractors, ensuring competitive pricing on each trade for the tender.Build and maintain relationships with various Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to secure the best market pricing.
Requirements: BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar built environment.Proficiency in Candy (CCS – Construction Computer Software) and MS Office.Valid Driver's License and own transport.Excellent planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize and focus on deliverables.A motivated self-starter with a proactive and solution-driven approach.Proven ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
