Junior Department Coordinator

Details of the offer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Profitability (sales, mark up, write offs)
Merchandising and display standards
Managing and developing staff
Completing the operational scorecards and KPAs
Purchasing and ensuring the stock levels are acceptable
Responsible for overall implementation of any specials/promotions
Manage customer service within the department

CRITERIA NEEDED:

Retail experience essential
Supervisory/management experience advantageous
Passion for customer service and staff development
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Must be organised, efficient, creative, and assertive with strong communication skills on all levels
Sound retail business acumen and understanding of the drivers of profitability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
