Job TitleWe are looking for a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual to work from our Johannesburg Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data of clients and potential clients, with a goal of quantifying value available and using this to drive sales and kick off operations.Key Areas of ResponsibilityAnalyse income reports with extreme focus on high quality outputQuantify claimable amounts, making use of existing databases of laws and treatiesPerform detailed investigations to identify potential gaps in a client's reclaim service to ensure we offer optimal cover of withholding tax reclaimsSummarize data in a way that is concise and easily digestible to internal and external stakeholdersCreate cases on our internal operations system (Salesforce) based on the outcome from an analysis to kick off the claiming processEnsure analyses safeguard client, custodian (client's FSP) and interests by factoring in all potential risk factorsUnderstand fund structures and the impact on taxationRemain knowledgeable of market and industry trendsIndividual RequirementsAdvanced Excel skillsDisciplined and motivatedAnalytical thinkerMathematical backgroundWorks well in teamsEasily adaptable to new challengesKeen to learn new software/skillsProblem solving abilityAbility to communicate complicated concepts in a straightforward mannerAttention to detail is very importantQualifications and ExperienceGraduate in either BSc Maths and/or Stats / BSc Engineering / BSc/BCom FinanceVery strong academic backgroundGood command of English Language – written and oralPackage & Remuneration25k pm
