Junior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Maintain and update databases and systems.Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify anomalies and trends.Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.Collaboration: Partner with the finance team to understand data needs and provide valuable insights. Work with IT and other departments to implement data-driven solutions.Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced Degree or certification is a plus.Experience: 3-5 years in data analysis within the finance industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, advanced Excel. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Familiarity with financial databases.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail. Capable of interpreting complex data and presenting it clearly.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
