Position Overview: The Junior Conveyancing Secretary will provide crucial support to our conveyancing team, handling administrative tasks, client communications, and document management.
This role is ideal for a candidate with 3 years of conveyancing experience and proficiency in Lexis Convey.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage conveyancing documentation and correspondence.Assist with the preparation and lodgment of transfer and mortgage documents.Manage client communications, including updates and appointment scheduling.Maintain accurate and organized files and records.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Utilize Lexis Convey for case management and documentation.Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a conveyancing role.Proficiency in Lexis Convey.Own transport for commuting to and from work.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
