Minimum requirements:1-2 years working experience within a solar and/or electrical industryTertiary education in a relevant field would be highly beneficialExperience working on simultaneous projects/sites at a timeTravelling to various sites (rotation of sites)Excellent communication skills on all levelsComputer literate (emails and excel)Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materialsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Duties will include but is not limited to:Delivering PV installation project from an execution state of the project to completion.From site establishment to commissioning.Making sure the projects are done in timeProject Planning: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with senior management.Site Management: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, resolve issues, and manage subcontractor performance.Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project requirements and industry standards.Budget Management: Assist in tracking project expenses, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily, weekly and monthly reports, change orders, and correspondence with stakeholders.Communication: Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure compliance with regulations.Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and budget.Environmental Compliance: Ensure construction activities comply with environmental regulations and minimize ecological impacts.Training and Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of construction techniques, solar technologies, and project management practices through training and professional development opportunities.Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
