Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

Chartered Accountant qualification
3 years of retail accounting experience
Proficient in MS Excel

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:


Financial Reporting & Analysis


Analyze and compile Commercial P&L by Supplier
Compile and review Buyers P&L and Department P&L
Maintain a monthly Growth Rebate tracker
Monitor and report on factors affecting Gross Profit
Conduct Promotion Supplier and Supplier Activation audits
Provide strategic recommendations on price increases and operational efficiencies


Administrative Controls & Monitoring


Track growth hurdles and trading terms
Conduct Supplier promotional audits and price increase audits
Report on inflation, basket analysis, and customer counts
Analyze Helpdesk reports and track Buyer KPIs
Manage pricing claims and ad hoc supplier profitability analysis


Staff Line Management


Manage Junior Financial Analysts
Oversee Pricing Department and Helpdesk staff
Ensure time-keeping, monitoring, training, and performance management
