Minimum Requirements:Essential: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential with relevant experience).Beneficial: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or a related role.Proven track record in client acquisition and building strong client relationships.Beneficial: Experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.Roles and Responsibilities Business Development (70%):Actively seek out and build relationships with potential clients to generate new business.Conduct market research to identify recruitment needs and opportunities.Identify and contact potential clients to introduce recruitment services.Present the companys services, highlighting solutions tailored to clients' recruitment needs.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring requirements.Work closely with clients to obtain detailed job specifications.Develop and submit tailored recruitment proposals.Handle contract negotiations and follow-up with clients.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business development targets. Talent Acquisition and Support (30%):Utilise recruitment platforms to identify and source potential candidates.Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.Schedule interviews and maintain the candidate database.Provide updates to clients on recruitment progress.Additional:Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying and shredding documents.Type and format CVs for candidates, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.Support with additional ad-hoc duties as required. Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms.
