Job DescriptionA well-established real estate company is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. They are seeking a self-motivated, dependable individual who is passionate about numbers and committed to maintaining accurate financial records. Proficiency in Sage One Accounting and strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage daily accounting transactions.Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.Maintain accurate financial records using Sage One Accounting.Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.Perform bank reconciliations.Support general bookkeeping tasks as required.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.RequirementsRelevant accounting qualification.Proven experience in a similar junior bookkeeper or accounts assistant role.Proficiency in Sage One Accounting (essential).Strong knowledge of accounting principles.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
