In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the financial manager with bookkeeping duties and supporting the company's financial operations.
If you're passionate about numbers and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.RESPONSIBILITIESBookkeeping duties including debtors & creditors, but not limited to this.Ad hoc accounting and general admin tasks & duties.General assistance to the Finance Manager.Qualifications & Skills:Matric with a minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping.Must be proficient in Sage Partner, Desktop version.Well spoken, good communication skills & an excellent command of the English language.Must have experience in Excel (must know basic formulas on spreadsheets), and basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Overtime will be required on occasion to meet deadlines.Personal Attributes:Must be able to work in a pressurised environment and be deadline driven.Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.Must be able to manage own time effectively & not be a clock watcher.Excellent attention to detail is crucial.Confidentiality and integrity are non-negotiable.Great attitude.Must have own transport & live in or near Ballito (not negotiable).
