Junior Assistant Project Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Junior Assistant Project Manager who is ready to dive into exciting projects and develop their skills in project coordination, utilities management, and reporting. Working closely with a Project Manager, youll be key to the smooth running of projects on the ground, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and accuracy in financial auditing.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing and monitoring projects, ensuring efficient utility auditing and billing reconciliationCollect and analyse municipal invoices and support the ranking of facilities based on utility paymentsParticipate in client meetings, prepare reports, and update Excel workbooks with key project dataCollaborate with technical teams and support documentation trackingSkills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, with exposure to utility management or project managementStrong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelDesirable: Qualification in business administration or project managementEE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
