Junior Accountant

Our client is a well-established hygiene products company. They are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to assist in managing the financial records and transactions of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support. Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience or internships in an accounting or finance role is a plus. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
