About the role The Junior Account Executive supports the sales team by managing client relationships, assisting in business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for learning the sales process, helping to generate new leads, and providing day-to-day support to senior account executives. Responsibilities Support Senior Account Executives : Provide assistance during client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations. Manage Smaller Accounts : Oversee client accounts by addressing their needs and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. Prepare Sales Proposals and Contracts : Work under supervision to prepare sales proposals, contracts, and agreements for clients. Maintain Client Communication : Keep regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and that their needs are met. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery. Record Sales Activities : Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded in CRM systems. Assist in Conducting Market Research : Perform research to identify market trends, industry developments, and potential new prospects for the business. Requirements Grade 12. Marketing/ Business Management qualification. Must not have taken part in the YES Program before. South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
