My client is seeking a Joiner in the woodworking industry to join their company. Duties include: Operating the workshop and creating custom orders for clients Building / creating custom made orders Understanding architectural and technical drawings to determine dimensions, materials, and construction methods. Accurate measurement and cutting of wood to meet specifications Sanding and Finishing: Sanding surfaces smooth and applying finishes such as paint, varnish, or stain to protect and enhance the wood. Handling Tools and Equipment: Operating and maintaining various tools and machinery, including hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines. Quality Control: Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications Minimum requirements: strong understanding of woodworking techniques Qualified as a Joiner Good problem-solving skills Good communication skills Attention to detail
