About Us:
We are deeply rooted in the legacy of our farm, where generations have cultivated a diverse array of produce that honors traditional farming practices. Our culinary philosophy is centered around sustainability, seasonality, and authenticity—reflecting the flavors and heritage of our region.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of seasonal dishes that highlight local ingredients and culinary traditions.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
Participate in menu development that tells the story of our farm's history and seasonal bounty.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Support training and mentorship of kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and learning.
Participate in inventory management and food cost control.
Requirements:
Culinary diploma or relevant experience in a restaurant environment.
Passion for farm-to-table dining and knowledge of local ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and adapt to seasonal changes.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Creativity and a genuine love for cooking with an eye for detail.
