This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone, ensuring consistent follow-up with clients to build and maintain robust connections that drive sales performance and achieve targets.Minimum qualification:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldRequired experience and knowledge:1-2 years of experience in sales, client services, or a related fieldBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesFamiliarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of industry trends and market dynamics is a plusRequired competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsEnthusiastic and self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindsetBasic negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsEagerness to learn and develop sales skillsStrong attention to detailSuper confidentKey accountabilities:Support the directors and sales team in achieving sales targets and business development goalsManage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfactionAssist in identifying sales opportunities and generating leads through research and client interactionsConduct follow-up communications with clients to nurture relationships and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver client presentations and proposalsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM systemParticipate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions and planningAssist in preparing sales reports and analysing data to track performance and identify areas for improvementStay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to the sales teamAttend networking events and industry conferences to build a network and identify new business opportunities
