JNR COST ESTIMATOR - Plumbing & Construction Industry experience - ESSENTIAL - East Rand area, Gauteng JNR COST ESTIMATOR with PLUMBING & CONSTRUCTION Industry experience  * Minimum 3 Years' experience as an COST ESTIMATOR within    the Plumbing & Construction Industry - COMPULSORY * Strong understanding of CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES,    PLUMBING SYSTEMS &  INDUSTRIAL STANDARDS * Proficiency in ESTIMATING * Excellent ANALYTICAL & MATHEMATICAL Skills * CERTIFICATIONS (Preferred) * Certified PROFESSIONS ESTIMATOR (CPE) * CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS INSTITUE (CSI)    Certification * PLUMBING OR CONSTRUCTION related licenses * Ability to review Blueprints & Construction Plans * COST ESTIMATION * PROJECT SUPPORT * PROPOSAL PREPARATION * DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING * MARKET RESEARCH * Occassional Site Visits may be required * Clean Criminal record - will be verified
