Minimum requirements: At least 2 years' experience in non-motor claims handling in a Call Centre environment in the Insurance Industry Specialist knowledge and skills with regards to Insurance policies/procedures Excellent telephonic service ability Computer literate Roles and Responsibilities Delivering excellent client service from first notification of loss to claims closure Recording claim information including details about loss, date and informing client of requirements and next steps. Ensuring that claims are processed in an accurate and timely manner, mitigating claims cost in accordance with policy guidelines Providing client service to clients regarding claim status updates and progress reports. Answer telephonic and e-mail queries from clients and stakeholders. Risk management awareness and understanding. Reviewing records and other documentation to determine the validity of claims. Review rejections and draft rejection letters to be signed off by the Underwriter and send to client Build, maintain and manage relationships with stakeholders.
