Japanese International Host

Position: Japanese International Host Key Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between Japanesespeaking guests and the rest of the crew Provide exceptional customer service to guests ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Host events and activities for Japanesespeaking guests such as cultural demonstrations and language classes Assist with translations and interpreting for guests and crew members as needed Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times representing the company in a positive light Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests and crew members Assist with any other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements: Fluent in Japanese and English both written and verbal Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fastpaced and everchanging environment Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism Passion for travel and cultural exchange Must be able to commit to a fulltime 68 month contract at sea Remote Work : No
