Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication with colleagues, superiors, and guests.
Hold a 3-year Chef's Diploma from an internationally recognized institution.
Minimum 6 years of culinary experience, including 3 years as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
Background in Michelin-starred establishments and classical training preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office is essential; working knowledge of SAP and financial management awareness is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control culinary areas within the F&B department, including Food Production, Food Service, Catering Event Planning, and Back of House.
Develop a unique 5-star product offering across all hotel outlets and restaurants, aligned with guest dining trends through continuous product development.
Stay updated on culinary industry trends and innovations.
Analyze recipes and assign prices based on food, labor, and overhead costs.
Coordinate planning, budgeting, and purchasing to ensure efficient food operations.
Monitor and control resources, oversee expenditure, and ensure compliance with SHEQ & FCS requirements.
Provide guidance, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring for kitchen staff.
