SOUS CHEFS
to join their Team
Requirements
Diploma from a reputable culinary institution.
Min 2 years' experience in a Sous Chef position at a 5* property
Experience in kitchen management, administration, staff management and development.
Up to date with current industry trends
Familiar with various cooking techniques and ingredients
Strong administration and organizational skills
Train and mentor staff
Excellent computer skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Creative and out of the box thinking skills
Stable employment history and contactable references.

A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation and attention to detail. (All images will be checked to ensure ownership)

Cycle
– 3 weeks on | 1 week off
