One of the well-known retail clients is looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join them on a 3 and a half month contract, based in Sunninghill and willing to travel nationally. IT trainers will train on a new system of order fulfilment.Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license; travel costs will be covered.Responsibilities:Draft training programs, courses, and materialCreate assessments and evaluationsTraining preparationFacilitate training sessions for technical and non-technical staffCoaching for all levels of Managers and SupervisorsTraining on new system deployments within stores - workshops, information sessionsWork on development projectsCourse designAdult learningMust have:Grade 12Bachelor's degree is a PLUSAdvanced level of knowledge of business-level Operations: IT, Governance, and process managementNo less than 7 years' experience in training/facilitation of learning in adult education, with some experience within retailSDF certificateStaff development/HR experienceSelf-starterExcellent English communicationActive listenerGreat at articulatingRelationship builderStrong presentation skillsAbility to read the audience and engage themRoot cause analysisProblem solverBusiness acumenProfessionalism
