Our department is a world leader in the discipline in discovery, innovation and teaching.Your opportunity:Under the general supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, and reporting to the IT Coordinator, the incumbent works within the IT group to support and maintain computer and other IT hardware and software. The incumbent must be prepared to assist all levels of users and assist other IT members with related tasks. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the information technology infrastructure (systems, servers, and networks).The IT group supports a heterogeneous desktop computing environment encompassing users (faculty, administrative staff, and graduate students) for two departments in two buildings.
