Grade 12 A N MCSE Qualification Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for work Fluent in English and Afrikaans due to client base Must be proficient in Windows, Mac, Pastel, MS Office and MS Office 365 Troubleshooting of computers and networks Receives and processes user complaints Resolves computer problems and errors Trains staff on computer literacy Sets up and configures new computer and internet equipment Performs routine inspection of equipment Updates computer software and operating systems Remotely or physically assists in computer-related concerns Please Note: By applying for this position and providing Fokus Personnel with your CV and other personal information, you are consenting to the information being used for the specific purpose for which it was provided, which is recruitment purposes and possible appointment purposes (should you be successful).
