365 Administration: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including managing accounts, email,permissions, and groups. 3.
PowerShell Scripting: Competence in PowerShell for Active Directory (AD) managementtasks, including user account creation, distribution list updates, and other automatedworkflows. 4.
MacOS Support: Experience providing support on MacOS, including troubleshooting andconfigurations. 5.
Service Delivery & Customer Focused: Strong focus on service delivery, with the ability tomeet the needs of end-users and stakeholders professionally and efficiently. 6.
Project-Oriented: Able to manage or assist with IT-related projects, showing initiative and astructured approach to assignments. Security and Administrative Access Requirements:Because the role involves significant administrative access, security approval is required.
