IT Support Technician / IT ManagerWell known IT specialist support company looking for an IT Support Technician/IT Manager role based in Cape Town to service local client base and assist with remote support across the country.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for CT operations of IT Company.Telephone, Remote Support and onsite support at various locations around Cape Town.Various installation types, from CCTV to networking, to computer/server setups.Supporting in-house systems and creating SOPs/Documentation for client and HO.Dealing with suppliers, procurement, quoting, and invoicing.Desired Experience & QualificationGood speaking and technical knowledge.A+, N+, and good Microsoft Windows knowledge.Good networking and wireless knowledge, cabling, and CCTV.Remote monitoring tools and remote support tools.Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge / One Drive / SharePoint.Must have own reliable transport.VOIP Knowledge advantageous.Basic IT Manager experience in terms of keeping and updating SOPs and documentation.Package & RemunerationIT & Internet
